Every year I donate 4-5 blankets to a friend who hands them out to Veterans at Christmas. I purchased this yarn with that in mind.
Was disappointed with the yarn. It's not very soft, was a bit annoying to my hands as I crocheted. The color is nice, but not nice enough that I would use this yarn again. I have crocheted other blankets with Red Heart Comfort and had no issue, so maybe it's the flecks in the yarn that were the problem.
I thought 3 skeins would give me a nice size blanket, but it was only enough for a lapghan. Good thing I decided on a square blanket! Would have been frustrating to start a rectangle one only to find out it was going to be too small.
