We all have yarn that needs a "home", those bits that are just taking up space. A lapghan is the perfect way to use them up and make room for new yarn!

Since I get bored easily I designed this lapghan with 8 sections that have a divider between each section. I changed colors for each section & divider.
The yarn I used is Herrschners Worsted Bohemian Romance (100% Acrylic, 489 yards / 448 meters, 8 ounces / 226 grams)
I purchased the Sampler pack. The yarn is really soft and easy to work with. It's labelled as worsted, but it's much closer to aran weight. The colors are not as bright as the photo on Herrschners implies. I found them to be quite dull which was disappointing. The yarn also has a lot of static. When you pull it out of the skein it sticks to everything!
Would I buy this yarn again? Probably not. The colors don't excite me, and it's thinner then I would like. It did make some nice beanies (pattern coming soon), and the yarn does make a nice blanket. Just not what I was hoping for.
THE CAL
Over the next 4 weeks I will post a new section and divider every Monday & Thursday. So no one misses the new pattern sections I will also post reminders in my FB groups.
The pattern can be purchased on Ravelry for $2.00:
