Cooking with Propane

Living in the camper means cooking with a propane stove top/oven, something I've never done before. Everything is so different! I'm slowly learning that everything is hotter with propane, the first batch of pancakes got a bit dark..... lol Setting "4" on an electric stove top is Setting "2" on a propane stove top. I will figure it out sometime in the next 4 months lol.

Last week I tried the oven for the first time and made meatloaf. It worked out. Again.... a bit dark on the bottom. Not sure if it's because the oven was too hot, or because it's a glass dish. Will have to keep experimenting.
