Have you crocheted a round blanket? This was my first attempt at creating a round blanket pattern.... will also be my last LOL. Round blankets look pretty, but they are not fun to design, at least not for me.
The yarn is Bernat Super Value. I actually purchased a "kit" on Mary Maxim, it was a bit cheaper than buying just the yarn. I won't ever make the blanket pattern that came with the yarn, but at least the yarn was affordable.
I quite like this yarn. It makes a very nice baby blanket, hats, scarves etc. You can use it for any type of pattern. It's labelled as worsted weight, and I would say it's pretty close to that. The yarn also comes in a really nice variety of colors! That is very important.
