MATERIALS

  • Premier Anti Pilling Everyday DK (100% Acrylic, 273 yards / 250 meters, 3.5 ounces / 100 grams) Color: Parchment - 2 skeins

  • Other Yarn Options: Any DK (#3) weight yarn.


HOOKS & SUPPLIES

  • Hook US 7 / 4.5 mm

  • Scissors

  • Yarn Needle

  • Measuring Tape

  • Stitch Marker (Optional)


GAUGE

  • 16 dc stitches = 4”, first 10 rows = 4”


FINISHED MEASUREMENTS

  • One size: 68” x 8.5”


PATTERN KEY (US Terms)

  • altch2 = alternate chain 2

  • ch = chain

  • dc = double crochet

  • fsc = foundation single crochet

  • hdc = half double crochet

  • sc = single crochet

  • slst = slip stitch

  • sp(s) = space(s)

PATTERN NOTES

  • - Repeat instructions between the asterisks.

  • Turn at the end of each row.

  • Chain spaces do not count as stitches.

  • The altch2 is the first double crochet in the row.

  • The chain 1 at the beginning of the row does not count as a stitch.


 

INSTRUCTIONS


Row 1: fsc 245 (or any multiple of 11 + 3)

Optional Row 1: ch 246 (or any multiple of 11 + 4), sc in the 2nd ch from the hook and each ch across. (245 sts)


Row 2: altch2, dc in each st across.


Row 3: altch2, dc in the next 2 sts, ch 3, skip 2 sts, tr in the next 4 sts, ch 3, skip 2 sts, dc in the next 3 sts across.


Row 4: altch2, dc in the next 2 sts, ch 3, sc in the next 4 sts, ch 3, dc in the next 3 sts across.


Rows 5 & 6: Repeat Row 4.


Row 7: altch2, dc in the next 2 sts, ch 3, tr in the next 4 sts, ch 3, dc in the next 3 sts across.


Row 8: altch2, dc in the next 2 sts, 2 dc in the next ch sp, dc in the next 4 sts, 2 dc in the next ch sp, dc in the next 3 sts across. (245 sts)


Row 9: ch 1, sc in the first st and each st across.


Rows 10 - 12: altch2, dc in each st across.


Row 13: ch 1, sc in the first st and each st across.


Rows 14 - 21: Repeat Rows 2 - 9.


Fasten off, weave in the ends.
